It has been corrected by a visitor in "All picture legend information has..."

I know that some people says :
"For example, if all information is designated non-public information...

checked.".
And both seems quite correct for me but what I learnt.

Information is plural in English, isn't it? (In that case, the word is plural, so it is the third singular).
