User editing their albums and photos with Community extension
Is this not possible, or am I not looking in the right place?

If the Admin Tools plugin is installed, then users can edit the Name, Author, and Description fields of a photo that the uploaded to the gallery.
As far as I know, Piwigo does not have a plugin, or other means, that will allow users to edit the Name and Description of an album that the user creates.
