Hello dear Piwigo team.

Thanks for the awesome work on this system!

I am no longer able to log in on iOS, and in a web browser, I can no longer create or edit users.
In the popup [Users > Manage > Add a user], clicking the button [+ Add User] gives no result. It remains at the same page.

I also try to access my existing user list through [Users > Groups], but clicking [Manage the members] gives no result. It remains at the same page.
