Hello/Hi/Greetings,

How do I enable the feature to have all or selected users the ability to add/remove photos/albums from their Android/iOS devices?

I have already installed the Community plugin but that doesn't help, I still can't see any option to add new photos/albums on either Android or iOS app.

I tried creating a test album as there was no album created yet, then I check the phone again I noticed that I still don't have any option to add photos/albums however in the already existing test album I created I can add photos to that, but this is not what I want.

I want that the users are able to create albums/photos wherever they want.
