I see that e-mails from the forum are getting quarantined on a public e-mail provider in particular because SPF authentication failed.

Your SPF record reads:
piwigo.org. 10799 IN TXT "v=spf1 a mx include:spf.mailjet.com ip4:87.98.147.22 ip6:2001:41d0:8:2de8::/64 ~all"

The e-mail has come from this IP: 51.178.142.232 which is not a permitted sender according to the SPF (that of piwigo.org and spf.mailjet.com).
