I am building a site in Piwigo in my local server and due to which I am not able to share the link. Apologize for that.

Would like to know one thing. I am using Modus theme.

Is there anyway we can show the Title/file name or Description below the Thumbnails. Kindly suggest.
I have used "GThumb+" plugin also but there is no way I can show the Title below images.
