That's the revision's changelog. [extension by JanisV] Fotorama says
Compatible with: Piwigo releases 2.6, 2.7, 2.8, 2.9, 2.10, 11, 12, 13, 14

isn't that just combining ALL the compatibilities across all the versions?
I guess I can install it manually.
Why isn't it being offered as an update through the admin panel?
and by the way the version I have says it's fixed for PHP 8

No, I don't think so
I manually installed Fotorama 14b, and it stopped the PHP warnings. However I have a new warning icon in the plugins list.
I think pwg 13.8 should be added to the compatibility list for the plugin, so that fotorama 14b update can be automated.
I have some other issues with Fotorama but I'll post them in a new topic.
