[Piwigo 14.0.0RC1] Upgrading errors - Administration

Hi there, I just upgraded from 14.0.0.beta3 to RC1 by following this guide:
https://piwigo.org/guides/update/manual

It looks like everything is working fine. I went to upgrade.php but it claimed everything was already up to date. I went to access my administration page and get this error.

Code:

Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: Unsupported operand types: array / int in /var/www/imagearchive/_data/templates_c/p6jhns^428f87042e4cf3edb9e2295ed8bb167d70552ce9_0.file.intro.tpl.php:421 Stack trace: #0 /var/www/imagearchive/include/smarty/libs/sysplugins/smarty_template_resource_base.php(123): content_655501264bcc21_96906510() #1 /var/www/imagearchive/include/smarty/libs/sysplugins/smarty_template_compiled.php(114): Smarty_Template_Resource_Base->getRenderedTemplateCode() #2 /var/www/imagearchive/include/smarty/libs/sysplugins/smarty_internal_template.php(217): Smarty_Template_Compiled->render() #3 /var/www/imagearchive/include/smarty/libs/sysplugins/smarty_internal_templatebase.php(238): Smarty_Internal_Template->render() #4 /var/www/imagearchive/include/smarty/libs/sysplugins/smarty_internal_templatebase.php(116): Smarty_Internal_TemplateBase->_execute() #5 /var/www/imagearchive/include/template.class.php(481): Smarty_Internal_TemplateBase->fetch() #6 /var/www/imagearchive/include/template.class.php(404): Template->parse() #7 /var/www/imagearchive/admin/intro.php(497): Template->assign_var_from_handle() #8 /var/www/imagearchive/admin.php(346): include('...') #9 {main} thrown in /var/www/imagearchive/_data/templates_c/p6jhns^428f87042e4cf3edb9e2295ed8bb167d70552ce9_0.file.intro.tpl.php on line 421

Can anyone give me any advice as to what's going on and how to fix it please? Thank you.

I can't access my current environment details but here are my previous ones from my most recent post that are still valid besides the Piwigo version:

Re: [Piwigo 14.0.0RC1] Upgrading errors - Administration

Hi k5,

When I login to my closed Piwigo using the identification page, I see my gallery. It's only when I click on my username and select Administration that I get the error message mentioned previously.

I can't update my plugins without logging in to the administration area as far as I know. Is there a way to perform a manual plugin update. I typically only update via the administration area to play it safe so this is my first time using a beta version and then the RC version (and I only did this because I'd already upgraded to PHP 8.2 or I would've stayed on the previous version of Piwigo.

The only thing I can think of that I did differently here is I removed all Piwigo files and directories except for:

Galleries
Upload
Plugins
Themes
Template-extension
Local
_data

Then I unzipped the RC1 directory, removed the local folder that came with the zip file, used mv to move all the rest of the files into my existing installation and then I got an error about pre-existing directories so some of the folders you see above weren't able to be copied over to the current installation. To fix that, I used cp -R to copy those files in on top of the pre-existing ones.

Could it be possible that copying the folders above from the 14.0.0RC1 directory over my pre-existing install has screwed something up?
