What is required for a minimal backup/restoring from scratch/exclude core files?

So far I came up with:

- database
- config files ('local' directory)
- Personal plugin - if used ('plugins/PersonalPlugin)
- image library - when using virtual albums ('upload' directory)

Did I miss anything?
This might be a good information to have in Piwigo documentation.
