I installed the Simple Black theme but I can't activate because it says, "This theme could not be activated as the parent theme (simple) is missing".

The problem is, I don't see the parent theme in the list of themes.  I see the following Simple themes:
Simple NG
Simple Grey
Simple White
Simple Sunset

Nothing identified as the parent/default Simple theme.
